Chania Crete Greece fashion photo shoot with model Joanna Fragkidi

Joanna is a rising model living in Chania Crete, Greece. Her potential is promising and is obvious in this session.

Having done work together in the past for swimwear companies her outgoing fun personality now needed some styled images with a more fashion sense.

In the first outfit, Joanna had a modern feel with her hair tied back. The last two outfits, Mikela styled Joanna to be more nostalgic and vintage. I personally tried as hard as I could to accompany the outfits in a rainy day. Thanks to Alcanea we were saved.

Singer Julie Berthelsen from Denmark
One of the joys of being a photographer is all the interesting people you get to meet. Even better when those people trust you to do their portrait. One of those moments cam when the well known singer from Denmark (Nuuk the capital of Greenland) Julie Berthelsen visited Crete, and more particularly Divine Villas on the Akrotiri of Chania. The owners’ request was for me to capture Julie in the surroundings of the villas. Julie was a bliss to shoot with. Luxury hotel swimsuit fashion photo shoot in Chania Crete, Greece
With Winter now here, shooting a swimsuit feature isn’t an easy task. The temperature even on the island of Crete has dropped some. So when tasked to shoot Ioanna for Rise Above Fear I decided to take the shoot indoors. Ambassadors Residence Hotel in the Venetian harbor was just perfect for the purpose. Ioanna, a 400m track and field athlete shined in the luxurious atmosphere of the hotel.
