The gift of a family photo shoot for a birthday has been very high on my request list for the past couple of years.
When people travel from around the world and decide to visit Crete they love to combine the scenery with the gift of a family photo shoot.
Such was the case of the Grann’s from Norway. The family of 8 with now two little members chose to celebrate their mothers 60th birthday within the Fortezza Castle of Rethymno Crete.
Six children and now the two grandchildren walked around with me in the morning heat of August, all together with a sense of explorers.
I melted and they loved it.

We had a family viewing just an hour before my family and I had to leave for the airport (back in Norway with 15 degrees and rain…..). There are so many excellent shots, fun angles, and for our part, so many cool shots of our small ones. Thank you for that!
