Vintage fashion portrait photo shoot in Chania Crete

Alex and Maria are good friends that decided to have a hair makeover together and combine it with a fun portrait photoshoot.
The concept was to straighten Maria’s wavy hair and the opposite for Alex.
Eva then styled their outfits to a vintage look. Most of the styled shoot took place indoors along with a short walk around Chania’s Venetian Harbor.

With Winter now here, shooting a swimsuit feature isn’t an easy task. The temperature even on the island of Crete has dropped some. So when tasked to shoot Ioanna for Rise Above Fear I decided to take the shoot indoors. Ambassadors Residence Hotel in the Venetian harbor was just perfect for the purpose. Hair styling makeover fashion photo shoot
Emmanouela had the idea to cut her hair short and change the color to a pinkish-red that totally suited the coming of Christmas. GREG Hair & Nails took over the challenge and together with my assistant Eva we documented the procedure and afterwards had a short photoshoot.
