Georgia Dagaki is a modern day singer of traditional Creten music. A mainly male dominant type of music, Georgian manages to fully represent the long and rich history of the island.

She has talent, and her voice proves that. But she also has the stance needed to back up her voice.

Interviewed by online media Zarpa.gr, I had the opportunity to spend 45min with her and get the portraits you see here.

One of the magnificent beauties of Crete is that one minute you can be sunbathed by the Mediterranean Sea and within a 20-30min drive you can be in a mountainous range enjoying a walk in the woods.
